Collingwood General & Marine Hospital Foundation
CGMH Foundation is a non-profit organization equipping the Collingwood General & Marine Hospital (CGMH) with over 90% of all equipment, tools and technology to serve the healthcare needs of South Georgian Bay. Their mission is to inspire everyone in our communities to invest in the facilities, equipment, programs and services the Collingwood General & Marine Hospital needs. The CGMH Foundation believes that brighter tomorrows are possible, because of the care we take today.
Proudly supported by The McFarlane Family Foundation since 2017.
Past Recipients
- Jack.org has been the biggest beneficiary of The McFarlane Family Foundation for 15 years, having received over $300,000 in support. Through our fundraising, we have helped them flourish from a local-led effort into a nation-wide charity that trains and empowers young people to revolutionize mental health by providing education, leadership and advocacy training, and mentorship to young people aged 15-24. We are overjoyed to see Jack.org’s achievements since their early beginnings with us and we wish them a successful future as they continue to thrive and advocate for positive mental health and safer, more supportive communities for our young Canadians. Our McFarlane family members remain committed to supporting Jack.org by participating in their annual Jack Ride, which has been our family tradition since 2012.
